According to data from the Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA), Jazz is the most complained-about telecoms provider, with 8,253 complaints. With 7,868 complaints, Telenor is the second most complained-about telecoms provider.

Zong came in third with 4,527 complaints. Ufone’s varied services were the subject of 1,425 complaints. Mobile phone users account for a sizable share of the entire telecom customer base. As a result, this area receives the most negative feedback. There have been 22,086 complaints made against CMOs by January. The number of complaints was higher because Jazz is the largest cellular operator in terms of customer ratio.

In contrast, the Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA) had received 23,219 complaints from telecom customers against various telecom companies, including cellular operators, PTCL, LDIs, WLL operators, and ISPs, as of January 2022.

The PTA claims that it was able to resolve 22,322 complaints, or 96%.
