The international edition will have a similar design to the Chinese variant, as well as similar hardware and specifications, but will be known as the Moto Edge 30 Pro. According to rumours, the Edge 30 Pro will fight on the global market with the Xiaomi 12 Pro.
However, current speculations imply that the Edge 30 Pro would be released in India under a different name. In China, it’ll be known as the Motorola Edge X30, in the rest of the world as the Edge 30 Pro, and in India, it’ll be known by a new moniker that hasn’t been revealed yet.
Furthermore, the global Edge 30 Pro could have more colour options than the Chinese model, which is only available in Black and White.
To refresh your memory, the handset’s global model is rumoured to feature a 6.7-inch OLED Full HD+ display with a 144Hz refresh rate and a 567Hz touch sampling rate. It’ll use the same Snapdragon 8 gen 1 CPU as the Motorola Edge X30 and 8/12GB or 128/256GB of storage, just like the Motorola Edge X30.
