Apart from the top-end Galaxy S22 Ultra, CEO of Display Supply Chain Consultants (DSCC) Ross Young claimed in a now-deleted tweet that no other model in the series uses LTPO OLED technology.

The refresh rate of the display can adjust between 10Hz and 120Hz depending on what is displayed on the screen thanks to LTPO. Although the technology helps to decrease excessive battery drainage, it comes at a higher cost of production than standard panels.
