New details on the next Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 4 have been revealed according to an exclusive leak from Sammobile. Although we currently have the complete spec sheet for the upcoming foldable, a recent leak has revealed additional information on the phone’s memory configurations.
According to the leak, the Galaxy Z Fold 4’s highest-end edition would offer 1TB of storage. This is most likely due to the lack of a memory card port, which has been missing from Samsung
This will be the first foldable phone, but not the first smartphone, to offer this much storage. The Samsung Galaxy S22 Note and the iPhone 13 Pro Max both have up to 1TB of storage, however the Galaxy S10 Plus had this much storage space back in 2019.
The Z Fold 4 will offer two further memory options: 256GB and 512GB, neither of which will have a memory card slot. The 1TB variant is likely to cost over $2000, while the 512GB model is expected to cost around $1899.
With a new CPU and other modest improvements in features, the Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 4 will only be an incremental advance over the previous iteration. By next month, we should hear more from Samsung about this phone.
