Vivo Launches an Affordable Gaming Phone

The Vivo iQOO 9 series is making its way around the world, starting in India. We already know about the iQOO 9 thanks to its launch in China, but Vivo has now released a lower-cost model in the series, the iQOO 9 SE, which costs $455.

The Indian and Chinese versions of the iQOO 9 are substantially identical. Although the Snapdragon 888+ SoC has been marginally deteriorated, it features the same 120Hz AMOLED display and 48MP main camera system as the Snapdragon 8 Gen 1. The battery has also been slightly reduced in capacity. The Indian variant’s battery capacity is lower at 4,350 mAh, however it still supports 120W rapid charging.

In March, the iQOO 9 will be available for $575.

The iQOO 9 SE isn’t a fully new model; it shares the same characteristics as the iQOO Neo 5s. However, the Snapdragon 888 SoC is not included in the Plus model. It has 256GB of UFS 3.1 memory and up to 12GB of RAM. The phone features a 1080p 120Hz AMOLED display, a 48MP triple-lens camera, and a 4,500mAh battery with 66W quick charging.

Starting in March, the iQOO 9 SE will be available for $455. These phones are unlikely to appear in Pakistan because the iQOO series is not available.
