Xiaomi 12 Lineup Will be Unveiled in December

According to sources, the new Xiaomi 12 series will be introduced in a series of events spread out over several weeks.

Xiaomi intends to introduce the series with the standard Xiaomi 12 at an event in December. However, according to certain sources, two additional series members will be unveiled during this initial event.

Along with the Xiaomi 12, the much-anticipated 12X will be unveiled.

The Xiaomi 12 series will be powered by a Snapdragon 8 Gen1 flagship CPU, while the 12X will be powered by a Snapdragon 870 SoC with a 6.28-inch OLED display. Curved displays and symmetrical stereo speaker grilles are also rumoured for the devices.

The Xiaomi 12’s main camera lens is rumoured to be 50MP, with a Full HD+ AMOLED display and a refresh rate of 120Hz. The devices are also expected to include a bigger under-screen fingerprint scanner and 100W quick charging.

For quite some time, reports and leaks regarding the Xiaomi 12 and 12X have been circulating in China. However, the curtain will be raised in December.
