With its next foldable phone, the Razr 2022, Motorola hopes to compete with Samsung’s Galaxy Z Flip line. The launch date for the phone has now been confirmed by Motorola after a rumoured delay.
On August 2, the Moto Razr 2022 will debut with the top Edge X30 Pro device. The phones will first be released in China before making their appearance on the global scene. The Edge X30 Pro is rumoured to be released internationally as the Edge 30 Ultra, and the Moto Razr 2022 has also occasionally been called the Razr 3.
The two phones are shown together on a Motorola teaser poster.
The Edge X30 Pro includes a textured rear panel and what appears to be a triple camera arrangement, as seen in the picture. A huge circular sensor sits above two smaller ones, and the borders of the back panel are curved. Additionally, the recognisable horizontal dual camera configuration of the Motor Razr 2022 is visible.
